Be carful with magnets

An interesting and instructive thing happened to a man called Dirk where, unfortunately, he lost his finger tip. He is a collector of different strange and rare stuff.
He bought a pair of Neodymium magnets, very strong.
One night, he wanted to look closer these monsters and put one of them in line with another but as he thought within a safety distance.
With a pull force of around 700 lbs of one magnet and of about 400 lbs of another one they just flew and clashed together having caught his fingernail and some of his finger tip between two them.
