MOST POLICE OFFICERS DON'T WEAR SEAT-BELTS, BECAUSE WE ARE CONTENTLY GETTING IN and OUT OF THE VEHICLE.
( I'm NOT SAYING THAT WE SHOULDN'T, BUT THATs JUST THE WAY IT IS )

I JUST CANT BELIEVE THAT SO MANY PEOPLE JUST ""WALKED ON BY"" and THE WHITE VAN ALMOST RAN OVER THE OFFICER TRYING TO GO AROUND HIM... swoon AND EVEN THE GUY WALKING THE TWO DOGS BARELY GAVE THE ACCIDENT A SECOND THOUGHT ! *
