These are ROMAN coins. Some teacher lied to me. Notice that for FOUR they use IIII, not IV. And, for nine, in the next to last pic, they used VIIII, not IX. I'm so confused. Did the hookers know more than my teacher? She had a college EDJUMAKATION. Or, did they, like Jethro Bodine, just have a 6th grade edgy-cashun?

The subtractive notation (IV and IX) was a later invention. Classical Rome didn't use it.
