Bu there's a massive flaw in this plan:

1) You'd have to be pretty damn certain you wanted , or were expecting some to get that close.

2) Why would you want a rapist stuck in you?

The biggest issues:
-What is stopping the rapist from taking the device out? Or forcing the girl to take it out.
-Inefective againt a group.
-The girl will be killed or badly hurt after this. As the asalant will not be very happy about this.
