Aussie lawmakers intend to legislate to protect sexworkers from discrimination... the contention is that they don't need it and are quite capable of looking after themselves.
I say : fair enough !!

There's a new political party in Oz called The Australian Sex Party which is pushing for better protection of prostitutes as well as opposing any censorship laws. I think they're are doing a good job.

Good for them and good for Oz legalizing prossies. A far more civilized attitude than here in the UK where they must street-walk, work in constant danger, not have health checks and be anti-social (and criminals by default as are their customers)
