That wasn't too long ago either. It was the end of December in 2009. The plane was landing in Jamaica during a pretty bad rainstorm and the plane skid right off the end of the runway. People got banged up, but nobody died. Just a really really rough landing, but you know what they say... Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing.

Here's what I don't get. They can fly through the sky wide open with wings shaking like they want to break off. No problem. But, let then touch terra firma and one wrong bounce and the damn thing breaks up like a lamp in a tornado. It ran off the runway and almost got to the rocks. Pow, the body is in three pieces. I flew once through a storm that had us all over the sky. Going from Chicago to Denver. To try and go around, we flew over Canada. I saw lightening walk the wings. Nothing. But, land these fuckers and no telling what will happen.

It broke because it skid across the dip where the road is and continued up on the side. It was severely beat up like that, so no wonder it broke.
