Chill out man. Judging by the height difference, the "dumbass with the camera" was driving a HGV. If you know anything about basic laws of physics, or just using common sense, you understand that heavy things take more time to slow. In situations like this, a swerve and avoid maneouver is the only thing he could have done.

Maybe the dumbass in the car should have had his car serviced a made roadwothy so that it didnt burst a tyre while speeding.
