A helicopter crashed into a flock of geese in the United States.
The pilot was injured but, fortunately for the passengers and himself, he could land safely.
On the other hand, it didn’t turn well for geese.

A bad fall

Swiss skier Daniel Albrecht injured himself during a downhill course in Kitzbuehel, Austria on January 22. He lost control and flew through the air for about 40 meters (yards) coming to a stop near the finish line. He received medical attention for several minutes before being airlifted by helicopter to a local hospital.
